THE BASIC LAW OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA - ARTICLE 57
Article 57 A Commission Against Corruption shall be established in the Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region. It shall function independently and be
accountable to the Chief Executive.
