THE BASIC LAW OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA - ARTICLE 60
Article 60 The head of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
Region shall be the Chief Executive of the Region. A Department of
Administration, a Department of Finance, a Department of Justice, and various
bureaux, divisions and commissions shall be established in the Government of
the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
