MERCHANT SHIPPING (SEAFARERS) ORDINANCE - SECT 55
Notice of refusal to grant permit
Where the Superintendent refuses to grant a permit, he shall give notice in
writing thereof to the company applying for the grant thereof together with
the reasons for such refusal. (Enacted 1995)
