REGISTRATION OF PERSONS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10

Responsibility for custody of identity card

Subject to the provisions of these regulations-

   (a)  the applicant, other than a person under 18 years of age, to whom an
        identity card has been issued, shall be responsible for the custody
        thereof; and (L.N. 158 of 1973)

   (b)  the head of a family the members of whose family have been issued with
        identity cards shall be responsible for the custody thereof.
